Save for an e-mail at the end of the video, it’s not clear who made this teensy cannon or how. But it’s become something of a YouTube hit. And for good reason, since it makes for riveting viewing as you watch a harmless paperweight turn into what has to be the smallest homemade fully working cannon, with the help of a snort of gunpowder in the barrel, a ball bearing, stick of fuse, and a lighted cigarette.

LG And Microsoft To Offer 3D Gaming On Your Xbox 360

While Sony’s PS3 and Nintendo’s 3DS have been hogging the news on 3D gaming recently, it seems that Microsoft’s Xbox 360 might be getting in on the party too, with some help from LG. According to a Korean press release, LG and Microsoft have entered a memorandum of understanding to jointly market LG’s new 3D television along with 3D-capable Xbox 360 games over in South Korea. If things go according to plan, then the partnership will be expanded throughout the Asia Pacific region. According to the news, it doesn’t seem like the Xbox 360 will be getting a hardware upgrade, rather 3D games will be bundled with the LG 55/47LX9500 LED TV around the end of June. Are you looking forward to 3D gaming?

Microsoft’s Project Natal, the device for Microsoft’s controller-free gaming experience, was previously rumored to be released in October, and in a recent interview, Microsoft’s Saudi Marketing Manager, Syed Bilal Tariq, has confirmed that the device will be launched globally in October this year. Considering the little leaks regarding Project Natal recently, it’s not too surprising to hear that it’s almost ready for prime time. How will it fare against Nintendo’s Wii and the PlayStation Move? It’ll be interesting to find out. If you want to hear the October launch date mentioned for yourself, check out the video after the jump.

Sadly, the video has been removed from YouTube by SEGA..though as reported this morning, this game has been leaked for JTAG’d 360′s.

The version that leaked is for the Xbox 360, it seems inevitable that this will be all over the internet in a couple of hours. The game totals the small size of 169MB.

Now the big question is will Microsoft release the game early or make legit Xbox 360 owners wait another two months to play the game?

I’m really happy about this…as I must admit..I would probably now consider myself a FIFA (10) player…after many years prefering PES..

The PES range has long been regarded as offering incredible realism and control, but PES 2011 will reinvigorate the series with the most advanced raft of gameplay additions, control options, and animations to meet the evolution of real-life football. Or at least this is what Konami are claiming. Trailer and full announcement inside.
PRESS RELEASE: PES 2011: Football Evolved Total revamp, total freedom, total football

Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH will deliver a completely new footballing experience later this year with the advent of PES 2011, for PlayStation®3, Xbox 360, PC-DVD, Wii, PlayStation 2 and PSP™ (PlayStation®Portable), which sees the publisher’s long-running series undergo the most radical revamp in its history.

The PES range has long been regarded as offering incredible realism and control, but PES 2011 will reinvigorate the series with the most advanced raft of gameplay additions, control options, and animations to meet the evolution of real-life football. Central to its total freedom of play, PES 2011 introduces a power bar for each player that allows the user to determine the exact strength and placement of every pass and shot. Balls can now be spread absolutely anywhere with utter precision, with long balls into space, short passes to feet and intricate one-twos allowing the player to dictate play and control the tempo of a match.

Paintball as a large format printer? That’s exactly what facade printer is. A paintball gun was mounted with two controllable axes of movement. A computer reads in the image data and prints it out by shooting paintballs to form a dot-matrix display. There’s a couple of wins here, the paintball paint can be washed off, and this will work on coarse or uneven display medium. Check out a video of the printing process after the break.

If you already built your own paintball turret, give the other guys and chance and hack it to print instead of gunning down unsuspecting adversaries.
